  • Full payment must be made upon project completion and delivery.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the project is delivered unless otherwise stated.

5. Project Timeline

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for third-party software or tools used in the project.
  • Websolution IT retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.


7. Confidentiality


  • Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project secure.
  • Websolution IT will not disclose sensitive client data to third parties without consent.


8. Limitation of Liability


  • Websolution IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • The company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.


9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations


  • Websolution IT may use third-party tools, plugins, or APIs in its services. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by these third-party elements.


10. Termination of Services


  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of completed work up to that point.


11. Governing Law
